Cruz de Alba Red wine

Cruz de Alba Crianza is made from grapes from the best vineyards in Ribera del Duero. Manual harvesting at the optimum moment of ripeness, traditional elaboration and ageing in new American and French oak barrels provide elegance and distinction to this unique wine from our winery. Elaboration: 15 months in barrel and 10 months in bottle.

Medium intensity cherry red colour with ruby rim. On the nose, the aromas of ageing (roasted coffee, leather), spices and balsamic dominate, with aeration appear floral aromas and ripe black fruit (blackberries), mineral touches of graphite. On the palate it is a little weak, although it continues with its usual freshness, the ageing does not appear as strongly as on the nose and the fruit has more prominence, vegetal notes, with hints of liquorice and mineral touch, medium length finish.
