Specially selected grapes. Fermentation is designed to achieve balance between fruit and structure with the goal of obtaining a round wine. Aged for 16 months in French and American oak barrels, to achieve the right balance between the freshness of the fruit and the sweetness of the barrels.
Intense cherry color; on the nose, it displays ripe fruit in jam with a background of red fruits, with some note of breeding, toast and vanilla. In the mouth, tasty, meaty and balanced, with good persistence end of the fruit.
Ideal to accompany red meat, grilled fish and cheeses.
