Cosme Palacio Blanco White wine

Cosme Palacio Blanco is a wine with a La Rioja designation of origin and made with Viura grapes.

Cosme Palacios Blanco is aged for 7 months on its lees in suspension, this gives a glyceric and sweet sensation to the wine. Barrels with gentle toasting from different cooperages are used for this wine.

Color: Straw yellow color with lemon tones, clean and very bright.

Aroma: Intense, fine and elegant, in which the fruity sensation predominates- pear and citrus notes- on a background of finesse, with hints of vanilla and aniseed, typical of aging in new French oak barrels.

Taste: Wood notes predominate, the lees provide creaminess, notes of butter and bakery. Very elegant on the palate, fresh and tasty, with an extraordinary balance.
