El Vínculo Red wine
Description: Minute selection of the best vineyards in the area, leased in agreements with small wine growers. Strains located between 650 and 750 meters of altitude, characterized by a descending seed land from North to South, with a privileged South orientation.
Aging: 18 month rest in American oak barrels and 6 months rest in the bottle.
View: Intense cherry red with garnet trim. It came with a lot of layer and very glyceric tear.
Nose: A very elegant and aromatic wine is shown, with a predominance of notes from its aging in wood, covered by mineral touches and ripe fruits.
Mouth: It is soft and silky, with flavors of red fruits and plums, assembled with the smoky notes of the wood. A wide wine on the palate, unctuous with an elegant, long and memorable finish.
Grilled red meats, stews, small game pieces of feather and hair, such as the partridge and the hare.
