Finca Constancia Selección

Finca Constancia Selección is a red wine that is harvested manually, choosing the different varieties and choosing the best bunches in a strict selection. After destemming and by gravity, they are transferred to the alcoholic fermentation tanks. This fermentation is characterised by rigorous temperature control. The malolactic fermentation took place in new French and American oak barrels where it subsequently rested for thirteen months, which gives it the perfect touch of wood that outlines the character of each variety that composes it.

Finca Constancia Selección has an intense cherry red colour, with violet hues. Clean and with good shine, it is a well-covered wine, with abundant and powerful tears. Fresh aromas of red fruit with liqueur touches predominate, along with toasted undertones reminiscent of aromatic herbs, menthol and licorice. On the palate it has a silky, enveloping entrance, with a soft, friendly and tasty tannin. It is structured, with good persistence and a suggestive memory of spices.
