Comenge El Origen Magnum Vino ecológico

Comenge El Origen is full of charm and flavor. It is a wine of high aromatic intensity, with a wide and silky mouth, long palate and long persistence on the finish, capable of showing all the charm and power of Tempranillo.

The harvest is carried out manually, in small boxes. In the winery, it undergoes a careful manual selection of bunches and grapes. Fermentation in small concrete tanks with our own selected native yeast. Aging lasts for 14 months in new and one-year-old French oak barrels. Clarified and filtered just before bottling.

Fruity aroma, floral, mineral and spicy notes from the barrel, complex wine. On the palate it is elegant, fresh, mineral, fruity, very round and complex.

Red and game meats, spicy legumes, cured cheeses.
