Mira Salinas Red wine

Small production, Mira Salinas is a wine that seeks the best expression of the terroir of the estate. The blend with Cabernet and Petit verdot shapes and rounds Monastrell. A silky and delicate wine, with the fruit well present.

Intense and deep red, complex on the nose, with notes of well-ripened fruit (blackberries, red plums) and elegant spices.

On the palate it is silky and delicate, as well as opulent and fleshy, but with a well-present fruitiness.

Long and balanced.

Red meats, stews, Iberico bellota ham, mature cheeses.
