Casa de la Ermita Red wine

Casa de la Ermita Crianza is a red wine with the Jumilla designation of origin, made with Monastrell, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It has been aged for more than 6 months in oak barrels.

Color: cherry red, with high intensity. Intense and coloured tear. Nose: Notes of compote black fruit, licorice, balsamic, mineral notes linked to limestone soil, menthol, Mediterranean scrub, cocoa and spices (pepper and cinnamon). Retronasal that evokes the Mediterranean character. Mouth: presents a sweet entry, good freshness due to the balsamics, good body, tasty, weight of black fruit, abundant but noble tannin.

Roasts, well-seasoned red or white meats, charcuterie, oily fish, good-curing cheeses, game stews, etc.
