Casa de la Ermita Parcela Los Pinos is a unique wine made with Monastrell grapes from Parcelos los Pinos at 700 meters altitude, in the freshness of the note face of the Sierra del Carche, on a land of gravels, silts and sands with rounded alluvial edges.

Colour: High layer with violet tones.

Nose: Very expressive aromatically with aromas of very ripe black fruit, typical of Monastrell, with very marked nuances of understory and shrubs, such as thyme and rosemary, assembled with mineral and spicy notes, as well as toasted and smoked typical of its passage through French oak barrels for 12 months.

Mouth: It is a very complex, powerful and full-bodied wine, where it expresses its maximum potential with a round tannin.
