Carlos Villanueva Godello White wine

Carlos Villanueva Godello is a white wine made from the Godello variety. Rested for three months in tank and one month in bottle before being marketed.

Manual harvesting, total destemming and pressing at low pressures. The winemaking process begins with great immediacy from the moment the bunches are cut to preserve the intensity and freshness of the aromas as much as possible. No malolactic fermentation is carried out.

Intense bright straw yellow color.

Aromas of medium intensity of stone fruits, white flowers and aniseed.

Tasty, fresh and structured, with sensations of white fruit and a perfectly integrated and very pleasant acidity.

Rice, sausages, seafood, fish.
