Fermentation: 10-14 days in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: 6 months in new French oak barrels and 6 in bottle.
Straw yellow pale with bright greenish edges. Very bright and clean. Franco, elegant and complex. Multiple and harmonic nuances, tropical aromas of passion fruit and mango, aniseed herbaceous and white flowers, in perfect balance with the aromas of the barrel, with subtle clove, vanilla, toffee, and cedar wood. Very elegant and velvety, with a lively acidity that makes it fresh and creamy, with great feelings of aromas of citrus, subtle tropical, mild smoked, elegant balsamic, with long, fresh, alive and well balanced finish.
