The grape comes from a single farm, which is located in El Real de San Vicente, a small town in the Sierra de Gredos. It lies at an altitude of 900 metres above the sea level, north-facing and has a continental climate with Mediterranean influences. The soil is a soil of granite with a bit of sand on the surface.

The harvest is done manually. Daniel Landi made a development little Interventional, leaving make the vineyard who express their qualities. Grapes are de-stemmed and macerated cold before fermentation, with native yeasts of the own vineyard, on tino of French oak. Songs of the devil is aged for 14 months. 1,500-litre oak foundre first, in order to 500 litre oak casks.

Deep cherry color. Aroma fruity, raspberry, spicy mountain herbs. Palate: fruity, spicy, fruit ripens, balsamic.

Big game, stews, Jamón Ibérico de bellota, hunting retail, civet, cured cheeses, grilled red meats.
