Can Sumoi La Rosa Rose wine
It Can Sumoi La Rosa is a rosé wine elaborated with Sumoll, Parellada and Xarel·lo from vineyards situated 550 metres above sea level on clay-calcareous soils, planted in glass.
After a manual harvest, the grape is stemmed and tread gently in an inert atmosphere. Macera 4 hours with skins and starts the fermentation is in stainless steel, temperature-controlled tanks, 16° C, with indigenous yeasts of the vineyard. Once completed the fermentation makes the malolactic fermentation spontaneously. Bottled without stabilizing, unfiltered and without any added wine product.
View: pale salmon, edge gold. Clean and bright.
Nose: aromas of cherry, raspberry, Grenadines and fresh melon and light notes of rose petals.
Mouth: fruits red, white, floral notes and fresh mineral tones, fresh and well integrated acidity
white meats, pasta with sauce of meat, vegetables and rice dishes of fish, soft complex, inbound salads, risottos, pasta with sauce of fish and roasts.
