Blanco Polar Verdejo is a young white wine, with Tierra de Castilla designation of origin and made with Verdejo grapes.

The production of Blanco Polar Verdejo begins with a maceration for 36 hours and fermentation without skins in stainless steel tanks at 15 °C.

Color Straw yellow, clean and bright.

Aroma It displays a wide and clean range of fruity aromas provided by the Verdejo variety, especially exotic fruit (aniseed).

Unctuous and powerful palate with an acidic touch that lengthens the palate. In retronasal characteristic final bitterness.
