Beronia Verdejo White wine

Beronia Verdejo Rueda lies in the authentic union between the Verdejo variety and the typical squalid terrains of this land. The vineyard, with brown and stony soils, well aerated, rich in calcium, magnesium and excellent drainage, give Beronia Rueda unique characteristics.

This Verdejo is the result of a coupage of two elaborations from two vintages: one earlier and one later. The result is an aromatic, fresh, tasty and complex wine on the palate.

Beronia Rueda is bright, a beautiful pale-yellow colour with greenish overtones. Of great aromatic intensity, it has hints of fennel, white flowers and fresh grass and a rich background of stone fruits. On the palate it is dry, tasty, with a greedy entry and a long journey, with balanced acidity and a certain bitterness typical of the variety, which gives it persistence.
