Bermejo Malvasía Seco White wine

Made from ripe grapes picked in boxes of 20 kg. Before pressing them whole, they cool and selected, not performing any action involving breakage, abuse or modification of your character (Destemming, pumps, macerations, etc.). The wine is not clarified and is kept on the fine Lees during the entire period of conservation. In this way we get that wines are a true reflection of the volcanic Malvasia grapes.

Attractive yellow-green and great aromatic complexity. Very fruity at the beginning, with hints of lemon and mango which gives way to subtle floral aromas. With smooth and satiny passage between memories of lemon, dry grass and peach skin becomes a long, very varietal finish.
