The flower must is obtained by gentle pressing and its fermentation is carried out at low temperature to respect the aromas of the grapes.
At the beginning of March it is bottled to carry out the second fermentation where it remains a minimum of 24 months
Golden color with greenish reflections.
It presents an effervescence with an elegant flow of fine bubbles. Fresh and intense aroma with notes of wild herbs and ripe fruits.
Fresh, fruity, elegant and with a thin nose.
