Baltasar Gracián Blanco de Hielo is a late harvest wine from the high and cold lands of our high-altitude vineyards.

Fermentation details: In stainless steel tanks between 22 and 25 days at a temperature of 10ºC.

Late harvest wine from the high and cold lands of our high-altitude vineyards. Pale yellow color with greenish hues, mainly characterized by its intense tropical aroma and exotic fruits. Concentrated, with refreshing sweetness and delicate acidity, a friendly, smooth and very pleasant to drink wine.

Excellent with fish, cheeses, pâtés, seafood and an endless list of desserts.
