Aura Verdejo Vendimia Nocturna White wine

Aura Verdejo Vendimia Nocturna is a 100% Verdejo wine, made with a selection of 15-year-old vineyards located in the vicinity of La Seca and Rueda (Valladolid). Aging is carried out on fine lees, to gain complexity and volume in the mouth.

It owes its name to the luminous veil that surrounds the bunches at sunset, during the hours before the harvest. A task that is carried out at night, to preserve the aromas and color of the grapes, which in this wine is symbolized by the image of an owl, the night owl par excellence.

Color: Greenish-yellow, clean and bright.

Nose: Notes of citrus, boxwood, and the typical mineral tones of the Verdejo variety as well as aniseed and balsamic.

Mouth: Complex and structured, it has a powerful and persistent aftertaste.

Combines with raw seafood and fish, creams, foie gras, white meats, pickled meats and fresh cheeses.
