Atlético de Madrid Verdejo White wine

Straw yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright.

On the nose it is a clean wine, with high intensity appearing the varietal aromas of Verdejo such as fennel, freshly cut grass mixed with aromas of white fruit and tropical notes.

In the mouth it came very complex, with a good balance between acidity and bitterness, sweet, with memories of the fruit that appears on the nose, and above all it is a very long wine in the mouth that invites you to continue drinking.

Rice with fish, octopus or cuttlefish, seafood, sushi, white fish. Grilled meats or tuna tartare.
