Astrales Red wine

Aged for 18 months in mainly French oak (80%), renewed annually by 30%.

Red cherry high coating and edging Garnet. Black, sleek, powerful and complex fruit aromas. Balsamic notes, eucalyptus, foster notes, milk, camelo, cedar and spice. On the palate is dense, fruity, juicy and balanced. Well structured with a well integrated wood that adds smoky notes and toast.

Meat rojas, roasted, grilled, cured cheeses.
