Arrayán Rosado Rose wine

Bleeding 10% of each of the four varieties. After 8 hours of cold maceration, slow fermentation at 15 ºc in stainless steel for approximately 20 days.

View: pink Strawberry middle layer. Nose: Red Frutillos, cherry and white flower. Taste: Oily and envelope in the mouth with a final fresh sensation.

Salad of smoked fish, rice and pasta, and Japanese food.
