Antídoto Red wine

Antidote is the first wine made in the winery, seeking the depth and expressiveness of the Ribera del Duero in Soria. Its vocation is that of a fresh and jovial wine, but with a distinguished personality, to be enjoyed on all occasions. This fine red wine is made with a short maceration and is aged in 600l French oak barrels.

Pickaxe red colour. On the nose, fresh red fruit, floral souvenirs, mineral notes and light spicy notes stand out. Fluid and fresh in the mouth, good structure, friendly, long and with abundant fruit.

Red meats, white meats (duck, pork, turkey) in sauces, vegetables, meatloaf, stewed mushrooms.
