Alitus Red wine

Alitus is the winery's favourite wine, the production of this red requires meticulous care of the grapes, selecting the bunches one by one to ensure the highest quality. The long aging of 36 months in French oak barrels, as well as its three uniquely blended grape varieties, make this wine pure complexity.

Color: Purple, intense. It has a high tone with a vivid and bright coloration.

Nose: The black fruit stands out a little overripe. We also have mineral aromas typical of the land where this vineyard is located. All this, together with the aromas of soft wood, make the aroma of this wine a real delight for our senses.

Palate: We can appreciate how it is a delicate and powerful wine at the same time. All its nuances are perfectly assembled to make this wine a delight.

Alitus is ideal for pairing hearty meals, dishes with intense flavour such as game meats, stews or very cured cheeses. It is the perfect wine to accompany special occasions.
