Alfonso is a dry oloroso with a minimum of 8 years in American oak butt following the traditional system of criaderas and solera.
Golden amber color. Intense aromas with hints of wood and nuts. On the palate it is tasty, harmonious and persistent, with hints of nuts and a soft touch of vanilla.
Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany game and red meat.
