Abadia Retuerta Pago Garduña Red wine

Wine full of pleasant surprises. Its vines are planted on a bright, white and chalky soil, in a Valley surrounded by pine trees that protect them from the wind, resulting in grapes of high concentration of sugar and a perfect maturity.

Offers colour, reminiscent of a demonstrative, and a spicy, floral bouquet. The nose is produced an explosion of red fruit. A rest for 18 months in new French oak barrels gives Balsamic and toasted. Soft and elegant in the mouth, is an expressive, powerful, persistent and well balanced wine.

Sausages, red meat grilled white fish in sauce, mushrooms, complex sauces, Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, ox meat, veal in sauce.
