Win 5.0 Verdejo Frizzante White wine

Grupo Matarromera, a wine company at the forefront of innovation in the production of wines and non-alcoholic wines, launches Win 5 .0 Verdejo Frizzante, a fresh, frizzante and low-alcohol Verdejo, whose objective is to conquer the female palate. WIN 5.0 is made with grapes 90% of the Verdejo variety and 10% of the Sauvignon Blanc variety, from the vineyards that the company has in the Rueda Designation of Origin. Its production is possible thanks to special care in the harvest process, a conservation of the must at low temperatures and fermentation at 5.0 degrees of alcohol, which allows the CO2 of the fermentation itself to be maintained. This fresh wine retains the characteristic acidity of the Verdejo variety but acquires a natural sweetness that makes it a Verdejo with more tropical aromas.

WIN 5.0 has a straw yellow color, it is clean and very bright. On the nose you can appreciate typical aromas of the Verdejo variety such as green apple, citrus notes, white flowers, rose petals and tropical fruits (pineapple, passion fruit...). On the palate it is powerful, very refreshing and with a long and lasting finish.
