Gran Solorca Red wine
Gran Solorca Reserva is a wine from the best vineyards. Pre-fermentation maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. thermoregulated. Post-fermentative maceration. Malolactic fermentation is done partly in barrels and partly in tanks. Aged in 225 l French and American barrels. Ageing in the bottle in an underground cellar.
Deep garnet in color, it shows an intense layer presenting itself very clean and satin. Unmistakable complex and spicy aromas, typical of ageing in noble woods, make it evocative of toasted and balsamic nuances reminiscent of cocoa, coffee and liquorice. Its nerve, breadth and good structure in the mouth make it dense and pleasant.
Roasted red meats, beef, Iberian sausages, feather game meat and aged cheeses.
