Cloe Chardonnay White wine
It is made by cold pre-maceration of the grapes at 12oC for 24 hours, and a subsequent maceration in stainless steel tanks with carbonic snow, all prior to fermentation, with yeasts selected in stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature. Aging: Two months pass through French oak barrels. Its nuances of wood are subtle. It has a nice bright yellow colour with gold edges. On the nose it is intense with fruity and citrus aromas, with notes of tropical fruits on the background of flowers, pineapple, hazelnut. On the palate, it stands out for its fruitfulness, elegance, lightness and freshness. It is a tasty wine, rich in sensations. A very special target. Pair very well with sushi, tuna, thin shells, oysters, fish to salt. Its nuances are very similar to those of a Champagne. With its barrel pass allows you to even accompany it with a grilled meat
