Canforrales Clásico Red wine
The production of this wine begins with a careful selection of the best grapes from the Cencibel variety, also known as Tempranillo. These grapes are collected at their peak of maturity. The musts are fermented with contact with the skins of grapes at controlled temperature. During the fermentation process several overpumping are carried out to promote the varietal aromas, tannins and colour extraction. The fruit of this work is reflected in numerous awards by the wonderful broth.
Cherry colour violet, clean, well covered, with aromas of red fruit, strawberries and blackberries. Tasty, fresh and meaty. Well balanced acidity.
Light dressing salad soft acids dishes. Soft pork without paprika, soft and creamy cheeses. White meats. Vegetables and legumes. Rice without seafood.
