Vionta Albariño White wine
Vionta Albariño is a great wine that combines the aromatic strength of the grape with the structure acquired in months of maceration on lees.
Harvested manually and in boxes at their optimum ripeness of grapes mainly from vineyards over 15 years old located in the Salnés area. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 15°C.
After exhausting sugars, the wine is racked and its own fine lees are incorporated, being in contact with it for at least 4 months in order to increase the aromatic and taste complexity.
Yellow with greenish-golden iridescence, bright and crystalline in appearance. On the nose there are fruit aromas, some of them tropical, highlighting green apple, banana and melon. It has a pleasant soft and acidic entry, which gives way to a harmony of aromas of ripe fruits enhanced by peach. Long aftertaste, very aromatic and slightly bitter.
It is recommended with all types of seafood, fish and poultry.
