Viña Pedrosa Colección Barricas Red wine

This 2018 Barrel Collection is a wine aged in oak barrels for 15 months.

On sight, an intense red color with purple edges is perceived in the standing glass.

The nose is really complex, with the presence of red fruit, hints of black fruit, with very good intensity. The barrel appears subtly assembled, with vanilla touches, balsamic contributions, light touches of wood, with a mineral background.

The palate is full of character, powerful attack that gives way to fruit and barrel hand in hand. Meaty, tasty, as well as elegant. Ripe fruit, very good volume on the palate. The aging gives this wine a lot of character.
