Red wine made from grapes of the variety Mazuelo, Tempranillo and small proportions of grape varieties, selected by hand, grain to grain, using selection and vibration tables. Grapes are Destemmed without squeezing marinated in special warehouses with control temperatures and long fermentations intercellular. The breeding phase lasts 14 months in new French oak barrels.
Intense red fruit with great complexity and harmony with shades to black olives. On the palate is unctuous, elegant and persistent on the palate.
