Viña Albali Red wine

Viña Albali Reserva is a wine with Valdepeñas designation of origin and made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. Thanks to gentle maceration and short pump-overs, the expressive tannic component is optimised. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with the aim of extracting maximum aromatic potential and elegant tannins. Subsequently, the wine ages for 12 months in American oak barrels and between 2 or 3 years in the bottle until the aging cycle is completed.

Intense cherry red color, with complex aromas of vanilla, chocolate, spices and fruits in compote. Pleasant and smooth on the palate with a good tannic expression and a smooth and prolonged finish.

Very versatile wine ideal for grilled meats and Manchego cheese.
