Viña 25 Sweet wine

Sweet wine obtained from dried grapes of the variety Pedro Ximénez, prepared using the traditional criaderas and soleras Jerez system

dark mahogany with amber, deep, very dense and persistent tear edging. A very sweet nose, with good intensity, with much liquor candy, chocolate, coffee, toffee, raisins, some of roasted and nuts. The palate is dense, very sweet but not it Palls in excess. Good persistence.

Pairs with bitter chocolate, very strong or as a table cheese
