Vilarnau Rose Reserva is a superb organic white wine that encapsulates the essence of quality Spanish craftsmanship. After this initial fermentation, the coupage is carried out, and the resulting wine is bottled to begin the second fermentation, which lasts approximately six weeks in the underground cellars, maintaining a stable temperature of 15°C. Following this, the cava remains in contact with the yeast for a minimum of 15 months, contributing to its elegant character.
