Valdaya comes from a selection of old vineyard plots (50-70 years old) at high altitude (855-915 meters) planted in vases and with yields between 2500 and 3000 kg/Ha. Aged for 15 months.
Very fruity and fresh wine both on the nose and in the mouth, with
velvety and long sensation in the mouth.
Lechazo asado (the most famous dish in the area).
