Triay Godello White wine

Triay Godello is a wine born from the recovery of an ancient clone of Godello in the Val de Monterrei, traditionally called Verdello. It is made partially on lees, with manually selected grapes in our own vineyards, following a rigorous and careful process to guarantee the purity and traditional essence of the wines originating in the area.

Colour: Greenish straw yellow.

Nose: Interesting aromatic intensity, reminiscent of stone fruits, green apple, citrus and elegant floral touches.

Mouth: It is unctuous, dense; with very balanced acidity and citrus nuances. We find, in retronasal, those memories of fruit. Long and elegant intensity and persistence.

Seafood, fish, rice, mushrooms, spicy foods, salads and soft cheeses.
