Torre Muga Magnum Red wine

Torre Muga Magnum is a wine only made in exceptional vintages, it is the most powerful and intense expression of the Muga family and at the same time a wine with great freshness and balance reflecting the best vineyards in the foothills of the Obarenes mountains.

Colour: The wine is presented with a medium-high coat and an intense red colour reflecting its youth.

Nose: High intensity where a marked presence of ripe fruit stands out, as well as nuances of blackberry and strawberry. Added to this are the notes from its ageing in high-quality French oak barrels, providing elegant aromas of toast, coffee and chocolate.

Mouth: The wine is soft and very balanced, again appearing the same fruity and aging notes as on the nose. The acidity and alcohol are in perfect balance, offering a harmonious mouthfeel. The tannins are soft and elegant, contributing to a silky and pleasurable feel.

The finish is very long and persistent, leaving a feeling of fullness that reaffirms the excellent quality of this vintage.

This wine can be paired with long-ripened red meats, game or otherwise enjoyed on its own. At the same time, we recommend pairing it with grilled white fish.
