Summa Varietalis Red wine
Summa Varietalis is a red wine from the Pago Dominio of Valdepusa, with its own designation of origin, it is a modern wine of syrah, cabernetsauvignon and petit verdot.
Wine with character, mineral, and persistence in the mouth.
Beautiful deep ruby color, intense, with abundant tears, thin, sober and elegant. Medium-high intensity nose, concentrated and complex. Aromas of red fruits, floral souvenirs, notes of noble woods, roasts, tobaccos, hides and spices. A very nice nose with many nuances.
On the palate it is powerful, fleshy, stimulating and tasty, with a good entry, elegant and a route with a high fruit load. Magnificent acidity, which gives it balance and definition. It is persistent, leaving pleasant roasted memories. A very interesting red wine.
