Señorío de Garci Grande Verdejo White wine

Selection of the grapes by age of the vineyard and type of soil. Cold prefermentative maceration (8-12º C) for 12-18 hours to ensure the total extraction of aromas. Fermentation at a controlled temperature (16º C) for 10-15 days. Stirred in its own lees at the end of fermentation to achieve the unctuousness and persistence characteristic of this wine.

Visual: Luminous yellow with greenish reflections

Olfactory: Varietal aromas, intense typical of the Verdejo grape. Vegetable aromas of fresh herbs and stone fruit (peach, apricot). Combined with aniseed and spicy memories

Gustatory: Predominant sensation of freshness and youth, subtle entry into the mouth. Round, frank and persistent
