Sembro Red wine

Fermentation: 10 days at 25 ° C.

Post-fermentation maceration time: 7 days with their skins.

Ageing: 6 months in new barrels and one year in 300 litre French oak.

Intense red color. High aromatic intensity and reminiscent of fresh forest berries, with soft spicy your step by oak barrels, fine mentholated and balsamic, with a soft touch of dried fruit. A wine with evolution towards feelings of well assembled black fruits in sweet tannins. Good persistence and closure in the aftertaste, which relies on an also intense, very varietal aftertaste.
