Aria Nature

Aria Brut Nature is a cava made with the traditional varieties: Macabeo, Parellada, Xarel-lo.

Straw yellow with greenish tones, bright, abundant bubbles of medium-fine size, with vertical and regular detachment. Marked crown shape. On the nose it is fine, complex and with good power. The aromas of ageing are noticeable in the bottle. Good carbon content and discreet sweetness. Retronasal aromas of ageing

Ideal with rice, Iberian and fatty dishes.
