Secret del Priorat Red wine

Secret del Priorat speaks of the typicality and diversity of this prodigious region, a land of small miracles that occur daily, like the flowers of a solitary almond tree in the middle of the vineyard. The magical landscape of Priorat gives us this friendly and delicate wine, in homage to the landscape of this region, with its steep slopes and llicorella soils, and to the heroic viticulture of this region, where nature prevails above all.

Aged for 12 months in second-use French oak barrels.

Color: Bright and shiny ruby.

Nose: Seductive on the nose, it combines floral (pink) and spicy (clove) notes with a delicious aroma of red fruit jams.

Mouth: It is sublime, with a very fine tannin that looks like silk fabric. In its long and mysterious course, it spreads glory (aromas of cloves and coffee, cocoa and eucalyptus, noble wood and a final note of candied orange bark). It surprises in the chord of delicacy and depth, as if its secret were that of the soil where it is born: a reflection of the sun in the shining stone.

For its intensity and depth, it pairs perfectly with grilled meats, and its spicy notes enhance recipes with pepper sauces or aromatic herbs (rosemary, thyme). Due to its delicacy, it can also accompany dishes with vegetables such as eggplant. It is the ideal accompaniment to semi-cured cheeses.
