Santiago Ruiz made an elegant and complex wine with the typical varieties of Rías Baixas, and bottled it with a label on which a map was drawn to attend his daughter's wedding. Today, that label inspires us to live authentically, doing what truly excites us. That is the spirit of Santiago Ruiz.

Straw yellow with golden edges. Good intensity on the nose with aromas of caramelized almonds, honey, saline memories and sweet citrus. On the palate it is intense, with a marked acidity that refreshes.
