Rippa Dorii Red wine

Rippa Dorii Roble is a polished wine in which the maximum expression of the fruit of the selected vineyards is sought in the heart of the Ribera del Duero of the Burgos area of the Riaza Basin, in the páramo of Fuentecén. Vineyards over fifteen years old, red from the country originating from the area selected with care that we age for seven months in barrels and in which we maintain the youth of the vintage and a soft aroma of perfectly assembled wood.

Colour: Intense layer of purplish colour that underlines its youth and vividness. Persistent tear.

Nose: Aromatic fruit intensity, ripe black fruit such as cassis, blueberries, blackberries. Subtle notes of red fruit and floral hints of violet also appear. Light aroma of well-assembled wood without overshadowing the ever-present fruit. Shades of licorice and presence of the clays of the Fuentecén moors.

Mouth: It is a lively wine, with a very pleasant and balanced entry. Long drink. Good balance of acidity, tannin and alcohol.
