Reina de los Deseos Red wine

Reina de los Deseos is a red wine from the DO Vinos de Madrid. Manual harvest from 5 September. The grapes were selected and vinified without destemming with a 55-day maceration in open barrels. They were fermented in oak barrels and fudres at a controlled temperature.

It is then aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels. Yield : 25 to 40 hl per hectare

View: Maroon. Nose: Fresh, with hints of watermelon and black plum. Long and surprising finish. Mouth: Bulky but without excess.
