Raíz Red wine

Raíz Crianza is a red wine made with 100% Tempranillo grapes in Roa de Duero (Burgos). D.O. Ribera del Duero. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

It's an explosion of wild fruits, balanced with aromas of nutmeg, cinnamon, and minerals. It is a very complete wine with versatility in pairing: it blends with oily fish and meats of all kinds

Garnet red color with a rim that denotes youth, intense and bright.

Elegant sensations, pleasant, clean, intense, complex on the nose. Balsamic aromas, violets, leaf litter, cigar box and liquorice. The spices and roasted ingredients typical of its passage through French oak add richness, volume and complexity to the whole. The predominant varietal intensity together with the rest of the aromatic notes described give rise to a serious, very complete and very rootsy wine.

A great personality when trying it. Freshness, tension, without excess structure or density, but at the same time sweet, a balance between the components that make it a very appetizing wine, where spices, balsamic and palodú root return to the palate.
