Organic semisweet white wine coming from our vineyards at Finca San Isidro in Fontanars dels Alforins.
Appearance: yellow Golden Color with abundant tear.
Olfactory phase: the first thing that we find is bone such as Apricot and ripe plum fruit aromas. After sweet aromas of Quince and medlar, ending with toasted almond and Heather honey.
Palate: full-bodied with a mild sweetness reminiscent of cherries in orujo. Very round with a mouth similar to very mature loquat and roasted Apple step. Good acidity that offsets the sweetness.
East wine accompanies
perfectly to grilled fish, rice dishes and desserts.
