Psi Magnum Red wine
Psi is 100% fine red wine from six large areas of the Ribera del Duero that represent a large part of the vineyard that comes from past generations. In the future, Peter Sisseck plans to reach the rest of the areas of Ribera del Duero where there has been no concentration of plots, as well as reinforcing the symbiosis with the winegrowers who are already working on the project. A severe tria of grapes has been made to avoid green tannins. Organic vineyards have obtained particularly good results, but the strict selection has meant that this year the total production of psi is significantly lower. It has been vinified in new oak vats and stainless steel tanks.
Dark cherry color with purple trim. Bright, clean and fluid, with dense tears. With a clean and pronounced nose, an intense red fruit, strawberries, cherry, currants stand out, the absolute protagonist, accompanied by subtle and elegant aromas provided by wood, balsamic that refresh and spicy and mineral touches that give it complexity. It has a very pleasant and tasty entrance, a silky and agile route, enveloping, the sensation of fruit is less than in the nose, making the wood more noticeable. It has good acidity and well-integrated fine and ripe tannins. Medium-long and persistent finish. A round wine.
